Aloha! Welcome to the University of Hawaii Review of Regulations Re-Certification exam.

Please note that only authorized individuals will be allowed to enter the WebCT site for re-certification purposes.

To obtain a User Name and Password you must register by filling out the Registration Form. You should receive your log in information within 2-3 days.

Once you have your User Name and Password:

1. click the "Login" button
2. on the next screen enter either your UH username and its associated password OR Guest Account information
